Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Preparing Intrastat declaration outbound and inbound for SAP and manual processes
- Supporting in creation, and analyzing delivery documents for manually created import and export handling
- Support in handling of returned goods
- Support in control of current account / customs value
- Obtaining necessary documents / data (e.g., declarations on export restrictions / supplier declarations), checking that they have been completed accurately according to statutory requirements
- Implementation and maintenance of import / export codes into master data base / internal IT systems
