The BPO Point of contact is a Gate Keeper for BPO providers and:
- Acts like a point of contact for all BPO‘s and their requirements;
- Handles issues related to accounting /financial processes between the BPO’s and OSRAM;
- Provides periodic performance reporting;
- Is responsible for effective and transparent processes.

- Deep understanding of tax law and accounting from different countries;
