We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage the HR processes of attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding of new talents in our Shared Service Center in Nové Zámky.
The main responsibilities would be:
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage the HR processes of attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding of new talents in our Shared Service Center in Nové Zámky.
The main responsibilities would be:
- Developing recruitment strategies;
- Talent sourcing for current open roles within the organization;
- Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers;
- Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and with universities;
- Managing the internal talent pools;
- Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Assisting with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles).
