Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for the relationship between Regional Shared Services and Legal Entities utilizing services as defined within the negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA). This person will act as the first escalation point for any issues related to delivery of services that do not meet the defined targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement and focus on improving process efficiency and quality.
Main Responsibilities:

- implements and executes regional communication between operations and customer e.g. regular service and performance reviews, standardized reports and tools) in alignment with Global Service Manager;
- provides Operational Excellence leadership , which includes the identification of performance, quality and customer service weaknesses, developing solution options using lean principles and improvement methods;
- acts as first point of contact for incident management and resolves major service incidents in close alignment with Global Service Manager as an escalation level of customers within the region;
- ensures regional cost allocations align with services offerings by customer;
- keeps close relationship on the regional level to the respective regional service leads from the retained organization;
- promotes and enables implementation of quality / continuous improvement programs in alignment with relevant stakeholders;
- supports Global Service Manager to acquire customer input & requirements through general service reviews and customer surveys;
- implements and operationalizes pricing and chargeback model in close alignment with Global Service Manager.

Personality requirements and skills
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years experiencein Shared Services environment;
- minimum 3 years working with service / product pricing and cost recovery models;
- Process Management experience including the ability to apply, gauge and interpret process metrics;
- Fluent level of English language;
- good understanding of Accounting processes in Shared Services;
- experience with customer survey’s (set up, execution, data analysis and reporting).
