Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Continuous Improvement Expert at OSRAM:
- Defines and establishes a Continuous Improvement (CI) program to be rolled out within Global Shared Services (GSS);
- Leads the use and implementation of CI methodology: Six-Sigma, Kaizen, Lean and other;
- Facilitates methodology for CI;
- Develops program to build CI capabilities in GSS Operations and Finance, e.g. training in CI methodologies, Lean, Kaizen, etc. ;
- Responsible for the CI pipeline of opportunities: from identification, ideation, assessment, prioritization and programing for execution to realization of improvements;
- Measure and assess performance and deliverables of the CI program and value contribution.

- Master Black Belt in Sig Sigma;
- Experience in transformation of turnaround programs;
- Fluent level of English language.
