Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Analysing the results and company’s actual performance against the Business plan and Forecast;
Preparation of the Budget (annual) and financial Forecast (monthly) and reporting of variances;
Developing trends, forecasts and opportunities for defined financial KPIs;
Preparation of regulatory reporting on specific deadlines (PCA, CO-PA, HFM);
Ensure quality control of financial transactions, defined KPIs and financial statements;
Automation opportunities, visualisation of data in Power BI;
Control over the management of customer Bonuses (contract management);

Personality requirements and skills

analytical skills, communication skills (refer to OLF)
cost controlling, finance controlling management and development of actions /projects
excellent user of excel and finance software (SAP)
experience with creating financial statements
Working experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial controller or auditor
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Fluent English
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, Decision-making responsibility
