Application consultant

• Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional and technical specifications for internal applications
• Active participation on internal IT projects whole lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, deployment, post-go-live support)
• Consulting and methodological support to users, ensuring effective and secure use of enterprise applications and ERP systems
• Design and implementation of application solutions supporting Slovakia-specific business processes
• Cooperation with software vendors and internal stakeholders to manage application changes, enhancements, and deliveries
• Coordination of application-related incidents, change requests, and releases within the service management framework
• Support of headquarters users, including ownership of application-level escalations
• Participation in documentation creation, user guidelines, and knowledge transfer activities
• Close cooperation with  colleagues in the Czech Republic, to ensure alignment and standardization
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendors on the development, testing and rollout of new features of Mobile application
