Information about the position
At Orange we are currently looking for an experienced leader as our new Head of Marketing and Customer Value Management (CVM). In this role you will be responsible for design, implementation and monitoring effective marketing strategies to boost our business goals. You will also oversee the company’s B2C value proposition, demand generation activities and marketing campaigns.
Areas of your responsibility:
• Measuring marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Analysis of the market and competition, trends and consumer usage, as well as customer behavior
• Developing compelling value propositions that drive distinct competitive advantages for selling new and existing products as well as expanding utilization within the existing client base (customer value management)
• Development and execution of the marketing plans
• Creating and implementation of innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams
• Bringing such marketing/ sales roadmaps, which will lead to align marketing and sales to generate the best footfall, digital traffic
• Development of TV content and services to support Orange's convergence strategy
• Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
