Informácie o pracovnom mieste

Position will be an integral part of the FBA team, more specifically dedicated to the ACR activities /internal audit, internal control, risk management/. Its function is transversal, interacting with both internal (local SPOCs, management of OSK) and external (Group DACRG / GFRA, auditors) partners.

The purpose of position is to develop and execute company wide risk management culture, addressing operational and strategic risks threatening our businesses and following up the actions plans in close cooperation with key stakeholders.

Basic role/responsibilities:

  • Contribution to the ACR concept in OSK (audit, control, risk, fraud), creating a synergies in between these four ACR elements
  • Set-up and develop effective risk culture in company, meaning
  • Creation and follow up of corporate risk map, via strong interaction with dpts directors and dedicated risk owners
  • Identify, classify and asses the potential threaths/risks, map them to the corporate risk map
  • Define and assess probability and potential materiality of impacts driven by individual risks
  • Define and put in practise related treatment plans, including preventive actions (Internal controls), measuring (audit functions) and mitigations
  • Assess the „risk apetite“ per individual stakeholders and consequently adjust the Risk Management activities
  • Roll out an internal/external integrated reporting to the local and Group management bodies
  • Being ready to hold presentations to the Governancy bodies
  • Become a thrustworthy partner for top-down risk related discussions and strategies of the company
  • Anticipate evolution of Corporate Risk Management, based on the wider knowledge of telco business strategies, technology evolution and link to actual risk methodology
