Entity
Within the Orange Wholesale division, International Carriers (IC) is the Group entity in charge of business relations with international operators, content providers and GAFAs on wholesale and connectivity services. With a staff of 500 people and offices in Paris and in 13 countries around the world, IC manages three main types of business: voice, data and internet, and mobile services.
IC brings together all the areas of an end-to-end commercial activity: pre-sales, sales, marketing, after-sales service, sales administration, communication, and finance. Within IC's Marketing department, the Business Support Manager is responsible for sales support of the different lines of solution products, the management of bespoke and complex offers, and the training of the sales teams.
About the role
If you would like to extend your professional experience into a Business-sales / Data driven activity in an international environment, this position within Sales Incentive Plan team embraces this expectation. The job is primarily focused on the delivery and successful execution of sales incentive plans and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess the performance per KPI and design new KPIS or improve existing KPI based on your knowledge and expertise developed during the operational run of the SIP cycle.
• Run reports on sales performance actuals.
• Make recommendation related to performances by analyzing semestrial trends.
• Prepare the payout analysis.
• Provide output of your analysis on-time and correct performance statements for the Sales organization.
• Ensure timely processing of compensation change requests.
• Highlight risks and opportunities within the compensation team (performance vs reward level).
• Cooperate with the Head of Sales Incentive Plan to provide overall valid and analyzed business support to the sales.
• Collaborate with internal team members to review requirements, design solutions, and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, DCP and Operations teams.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• Min 3 years as a Data Analyst; experience as project manager or with CRM would be considered a strong asset.
• Experience within incentives area highly desired.
• Able to provide a feasibility study and manage requests from different parties.
• Advanced level of MS Office; including MS Excel (complex formulas) is required.
• Experience with Power BI as a plus.
• Knowledge of Database, APIs, Data language programing is an advantage.
• Excellent level of English is required as the working environment is International
• Data driven challenge solver with excellent execution skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Individual with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Accountable team player with positive attitude with motivation to learn and grow professionally.
