Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main POC of Audit & Compliance (currently ISAE 3402 & SOC2 for OINIS), however this can change as per customer demands.
Accountable for:
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management, operations effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Contribute to the planning and review of audit programs prepared by the auditors, in order to assess whether the planned audit tests will obtain sufficient and appropriate evidence.
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
• Obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence, addressing the relevant audit objectives.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
• Present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Responsible for:
• Integrate best practices and systems into the audit programs and present to the Management.
• To work transversally with OINIS Audit PM in India and Global stakeholders concerning ISAE 3402 and SOC2 audits and the external Auditors as per the defined frequency.
• Integrate best practices and systems into the audit programs.
• Timely delivery of the final report post completion of the audit.
• Back up PM for OINIS Audit PM in India
• Support Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management for OINIS teams outside India:
o Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Planning for OINIS main locations (designated teams)
o Completion of BIA’s for OINIS teams
o Evaluate the organization’s overall business continuity plan
o Work with local site leader and Management for completion of Business impact analysis and Risk assessments
• Project Governance:
o Maintain project performance and provide support for the project team.
o Stay engaged with the team and accomplish project business goals and objectives.
o Chair the meetings as per the defined frequency
o Keep track of project and ensure timely closure
• Maintain OINIS stakeholders informed about audit planning
• Provide necessary Audit Training

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong and proven experience as Internal Auditor
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Good to have experience/knowledge about the ITIL V3 processes.
• Proficient at managing and leading teams for running successful projects
• Sound independent judgement
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
• Must have very good communication and presentation skills
