Regional manager for People development

We are looking for an experienced manager and a proven trainer who would join us for this crucial position. Here in Orange Business Services you would manage a small team that is responsible for implementing our Orange Learning strategy for the whole European region.

Your duties will comprise of:

• Define and implement the Regional Learning and Development strategy and related plan within the framework of the OBS Learning and Development global strategy
• Driving people development solutions coherent with global corporate and local regional business & HR strategies
• Develop a regional learning plan and schedule, based on the OBS global learning & development strategy, the regional learning needs analysis and insights from business, HRBPs and Business Consultants
• Act as the advocate for Management development in the region
• Build a strong network of occasional trainers / SMEs from the business in the region
• Manages local training deployment vendors and many more...
