Job description, responsibilities and duties
American restoration company is looking for an experienced construction estimator for residential and commercial projects, with main focus on but not limited to:
Evaluating the documentation received by field inspectors and project managers
Building the project estimate according to set guidelines and utilizing all available sources of information received by the field team
Meeting the deadlines for submissions
Following up on the estimate throughout the entire project and communicating with the project managers
Information about the selection process
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Educational Specialization
Language skills
Experience in the position/sector
Personality requirements and skills
Attention to detail
Actively receiving the information and conducting research
Flexibility to remote working hours
Persistency and determination to achieve the wanted results
Strong communication with the team members
C1 Level English minimum
XACTIMATE experience optional if there is relevant experience in other estimating software
