Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensuring the operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Building infrastructure based on the maintenance plan and reactive maintenance initiatives
• Controlling and ensuring adequate inventory of spare parts in stock
• Ensuring the necessary paperwork regarding the management of the company's facilities, infrastructure and production equipment
• Maintaining, collecting and filing the documentation necessary for the management
• Communication with suppliers
• Responsibility and autonomy in designing and implementing appropriate solutions in relation to facilities, infrastructure and buildings
• Installation, implementation and modification of production equipment
• Supporting other departments

Information about the selection process
We are looking for a skilled person to act as a link between our technicians and the leader of the department. It is important to us that our new Maintenance Specialist can partially or fully fill in for both roles in the event of unavoidable situations.
The absence of a technician is rare, so it is not an everyday occurrence.

• Previous experience in a similar position
• §22 is a must (or §21 with more than 1 year experience)
• Knowledge of MS Office (administration is a minimum 40% of a full-time employee in this position)
• Manual skill, technical mindset
• Responsibility and reliability
• Independence
• Willingness to back up technicians or leader of the Maintenance team
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of English language at least B2 level
