Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Lead product and driver development projects in close collaboration with customers, sales, engineering, and operations
• Global stakeholder management to drive customer projects to production while ensuring product performance and costs
• Responsible for project controlling ensuring to stay within scope, budget and timeline
• Align cross functional teams in Slovakia and Switzerland
• Identify and manage key project risks and manage the critical path of the project
• Internal and external stakeholder management regarding project progress and milestones
• Global stakeholder management to drive customer projects to production while ensuring product performance and costs
• Responsible for project controlling ensuring to stay within scope, budget and timeline
• Align cross functional teams in Slovakia and Switzerland
• Identify and manage key project risks and manage the critical path of the project
• Internal and external stakeholder management regarding project progress and milestones

• Technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, photonics or related fields (preferably MSc)
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in an R&D environment
• Technical understanding and experience in product development from concept to commercialization
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ready to travel up to 20%
• English proficiency
