Process Improvement / Digital Operations Specialist

• Lead process improvement activities to ensure end-to-end, flawless, efficient and digitalized manufacturing processes by linking the ERP systems with shopfloor, workbenches, production and operators
• Digital manufacturing roadmap contributor to ensure internal alignment with key stakeholders and plant managers
• Manage communication and on-time implementation
• Monitor software development requirements
• Active steering of development needs for the manufacturing execution (MES), statistical process control (SPC), production dashboards and yield data analysis dashboards to guarantee effective and efficient data exchange, focusing on simple applicability in the shopfloor while minimizing multiple and parallel data maintenance in different systems (e.g. BOM, routing, material description, revision)
• Defining standards and providing guidance to ensure compliance and design / align solutions across the enterprise for SAP Basis functionality
• Providing technical expertise concerning all SAP Basis topics for all running projects, incl. giving guidance regarding technical SAP solutions
• Process documentation and creation of an operations manual
• SAP basis administration (in S/4HANA)
