Team Leader Software and Firmware Engineering (C# / .Net / C / C++)

• Lead of software and firmware developers in Optotune product development team
• Design, develop and qualify Optotune’s lineup of driver products in collaboration with the electronics team and support the development of future dynamic light control products with innovative software and firmware.
• Understand internal and external customer needs and drive the development of platforms and architectures to deliver great and efficient solutions
• Supervise the projects from conceptual design through to product delivery, ensuring product performance and cost
• Technical support for key customers
• Active participation on every phase of software development life cycle in C# / .net
• Technical project resource planning within a Stage Gate and agile Scrum process to ensure to stay within budget and timeline
• Technical and personal development of the team members
• Collaboration and reporting in multidisciplinary project teams to internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones
• Inspire team members to strive for alignment, entrepreneurial thinking, and high performance
