Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Project procurement with the main focus on our optical actuators product line
• Category Management Electronics: Support and form our supply chain management strategies of your key categories including supplier performance, cost requirements and quality management
• Negotiate large volume purchasing agreements which are congruent with our commitments
• Continuously improve performance, price and terms
• Leverage the supplier network
• Identifying and qualifying suppliers for optical components including surface coatings as well as electronic components, PCB`s and assemblies
• Ensure stock availability using a lean warehouse management for production
• Working with our ERP system to process orders, follow up on deliveries and invoice review
• Analyse and continuously improve out data management and inventory
• Introduce business processes based on digital transformation

• Background in material supply for a clean room environment
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers, preferably in the area of electronics
• Self-motivated and innovative problem-solver
• Creative, critical and analytical mindset
• Willingness to travel (mostly within Europe)
• Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
