Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a gifted software, electronic and firmware manger to lead our team. You will be responsible to manage team of 10 software member to achieved on time product delivery to customer with reasonable cost for Optotune’s holding. You will play key role development of our SW for Optotune product in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities:
• Manage development of software base on specifications based upon stakeholder inputs.
• Leadership of 10 people an agile team software, firmware and electronics
• Testing, documentation and release of finished products.
• Provide continuous support to existing software products.
• Serve as a tech-lead on internal projects and guide junior colleagues.
• IT infrastructure, like server, network PC, licences
• Select your new team members

Experience in Java development using established architectural concepts and design patterns. Experience in C# or Python is considered as an asset. Experience in Electronic and firmware to be able manage team even technically.
• Strong understanding of microservice oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance principles such as unit and integration testing.
• Understanding of UX and UI concepts as well as user-centered design is an asset.
• Continuous integration.
• Desire to challenge conventional thinking.
• Experience in leading and management of team
• Excellent knowledge of English (Advanced).
