Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for motivated Bookkeepers / Accounting Associates / Seniors to join our growing Slovakian team. You will work closely with our senior accountants in Dublin to process irish/british bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance tasks for Irish and UK clients. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and coding invoices in Xero and Hubdoc. Reconciling bank accounts and preparing VAT drafts.Assisting with payroll processing and compliance calendar updates.Preparing draft financial reports for review.Working with Engager.app to track tasks, deadlines, and client communication. This is a fully remote role. Please only apply for this role if you have a minimum of C1 English.

  1. Salaries: €1,500 – €1,700 gross / month. (depending on experience but capped at €1,700 for the first 12 months) and after 12 months based on performance
