Managing Editor

The ONN Magazine (onn.network) is looking for a talented digital managing editor with a knowledge of the Lifestyle sector.

The candidate will be tasked with leading the team of editors, including sections such as Lifestyle, Celebrities, Red carpet events, Fashion & Beauty and Travel.

You will be responsible for:

- Direct supervision of the day-to-day magazine operations

- Remote team management of junior editors and freelancers ( 4-8 people )

- Suggest ideas, assign articles, keep the staff on schedule

- Ensure that every single article meets look and feel of the magazine

- Proofread and make necessary changes in the articles written by editors

- Content sharing on social media

- Analyze the performance of published articles across key metrics and use the insights to guide future creative direction.

- Development of advertising solutions

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness

- Cooperation with Marketing manager and Art director
