Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Corporate Pricing role at onsemi is responsible for pricing negotiations and strategies to support top customers. The Corporate Pricing Analyst will excel in personally preparing for negotiations, leading negotiations, strategy development, decision making, organization management and communication. This position is specific to supporting accounts within the automotive market and will report to the Automotive Corporate Pricing Manager.
• Engage key stakeholders within onsemi to develop customer level negotiation strategies, identifying areas of negotiation leverage that result in extracting value for onsemi
• Lead successful negotiations with key / value add global customers
• Strategic collaboration and execution of customer pricing strategies between Business Unit and Sales
• Responsible for gathering and understanding how to apply competitive intelligence to the teams pricing strategies and models in addition to helping the company make effective decisions about future actions
• Application of key performance indicators in driving change and performance improvement objectives
• Partner with Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue goals
• Ability to make difficult decisions quickly with limited information maintaining confidence in oneself, peers, and account team

• Ideal candidates would have experience in the automotive industry in product management, pricing specialist or commodity manager with firsthand customer negotiation experience
• Minimum 5+ years related experience
• Prior experience demonstrating negotiation skills and techniques
• Strong analytical capabilities; problem solving, decision making skills, number sensitive and detail minded
• Superior verbal and written communication skills required; including prior experience presenting to and influencing across organizational boundaries
• Automotive and semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Travel average less than 10%
