Job description, responsibilities and duties
Onsemi is seeking a self-driven and experienced professional to join the EMEA Service Operations team. As a Global Customer Manager, you will have the opportunity to support strategic onsemi customer on a global level and be a focal point for key activities related to order placement, supply risk prevention, global escalations and order management tools and process improvements. In the fast-paced and demanding semiconductor market environment, this is a highly active, multi-tasking role requiring time and priority management, flexibility, teamwork, and collaboration combined with a focused drive towards completion of department and company goals.
Key Goals/Objectives/Activities:
• Provide global support to strategic onsemi customers on tactical and strategic level.
• Work with key customer contacts on proper order placement in line with onsemi production lead times.
• Analyze data, produce summary for executive management for most critical customer escalations.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support development of Order Management business tools and processes.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with customer specific requirements and build/foster customer relationships.
• Identify high impact, global systemic supply risk introducing issues, clearly communicate and work on resolution with key stakeholders.
• Drive performance improvement and efficiencies through KPI and customer scorecards.
