Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main tasks:
- correct and on time filing of all customer orders
- process, administrate and report customer orders with discrepancy on price, item, terms and conditions and address details
- execute and adhere to company quality policies and procedures and JSOX compliance requirements

Information about the selection process

Customers' Orders handling and management of orders to factories. Communication with factories overseas and planning department.
Contract for 1 year, to be extended if expectations met.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
