Improve your career and become a new member of the land base management team in a growing international company Olympic Entertainment Group operating in 7 countries across the Europe: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy and Malta. This position is focused on the daily operations of the Advertising, Database/ Direct Marketing and Promotions at the marketing department.
You will be responsible for:

• Company marketing & communication
• Fulfilling marketing KPIs, objectives and key results
• Marketing budget – budgeting, planning, forecasting
• Setting up a marketing strategy and its development
• Following the marketing plan
• Elaborating marketing campaigns
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Develop and retain marketing partnerships
• Organizing events and campaigns for 4 casinos concurrently and for Online Casino
• Preparing KPI reports, P&L analysis
• Supervise the work of Graphic Designer
• Collaborate with with 3 leaders of operations and Operation Manager
• Aligning the communication of the land base brand with Online Casino

• Proven Marketing Manager experience
• A strong understanding of content marketing networks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills in problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to read and draw solid conclusions from data as well as the ability to represent that data in a clear and actionable way
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks when needed
• Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral
• Ability to work under pressure
