Briefing
Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of critical financial systems of Ohpen's SaaS core-banking platform.
As SRE, you’d be given an interesting task of identifying potential problems before they become serious and proactively advise our teams on improvements. You’ll play a crucial role and be part of something transformative in the financial technology sector while working with innovative technology.
To begin, you’ll gain a deep understanding of core-banking platform and the workflows of production and product engineering teams.
After gathering all the necessary metrics; e.g. number of new features, incidents, issues related to the platform; you’ll bring together your knowledge and software engineering principles to help identify potential issues and areas of improvement.
This position offers quite exciting environment where you can showcase your skills and knowledge while taking a deep dive into the fin-tech world.
You’ll give yourself a chance to coach, educate, and provide hands-on assistance to multiple teams within Ohpen, fostering a culture of implementing world-class observability, monitoring, and SRE best practices.
About You
• You have a strong background in systems engineering, with focus on cloud technologies and automation;
• You already worked as Site Reliability Engineer or similar role at scale;
• You’re familiar with DevOps practices as well as Docker, Kubernetes and automation tools;
