As you’ll be the key person for all local HR administration and operational activities, your knowledge of best practices in running a flawless, compliant administration will truly shine here.
What does that mean for you and your work? Think payroll administration, automation of processes, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits, self-service and compliance, interaction with employees, and helping us maintain a flawless People administration.
Your role with us has an international scope is mainly the People Operations for our technology hub in Slovakia, as well as supporting the People Operations of the other hubs and working on People projects with your colleagues from Netherlands, Spain and Belgium.
As you may already know from your previous experience, working with people, processes and management can be tough at times, but you’ll be joining our experienced and supporting People team of 5 great individuals.
The team where you can bring your own ideas and knowledge, but also learn a lot and all of it with great amount of flexibility and freedom.
ABOUT YOU
• You have some 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role
• You understand Slovak Labour Code
• You have experience with onboarding/offboarding of the employees and HR administration
• You already worked with HRIS of any kind
• You know how to prepare employment-related documents(contracts, amendments etc.)
