Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Planning, support and cooperation in the setup and operation of web-based application servers on Linux (Redhat) environments
- Continuous updating of operating documentation
- Error analysis and correction independently or in cooperation with specialist groups
- Processing of service requests and orders (incident/problem/change/request fulfillment/release management)
- Further development of customer systems taking into account the interfaces in the course of the existing SLA
- Process optimization and processing of system adjustments (change management)
- 7x24 on-call service in case of need
