Test manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Test Manager capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading and guiding teams for at least 3 years.
• Substantial background in devising test strategies and plans.
• Exceptional aptitude in managing stakeholders and communication.
• Practical experience in Agile methodologies is advantageous.

Desired Skills:

• Mastery of test management platforms like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Familiarity with Postman, SoapUI, and SQL.
• Thorough grasp of Test Automation, Integration, and Non-Functional Testing.

Desired Experience:

• Proven expertise in reporting test statuses at both detailed and executive levels.
• Extensive background in test management, particularly in formulating and implementing test frameworks for large-scale ventures and enhancing existing testing protocols.
• Profound understanding of testing methodologies, encompassing Specification-based Black Box, Structure-based White Box, and Experience-based testing approaches.
