Directly for our client (contract with client) we are looking for:
Chapter data lead serves as an inspiring figure who:
- Provides a clear vision and a compelling mission for individuals within the company community.
- Guides Data Engineering by adhering to best emerging trends.
- People duties:Enhancing the talent pool within the Data Engineering Chapter at company
- Boosting engineering efficiency while evaluating performance.
- Overseeing personal growth and performance assessments of chapter members.
- Cultivating trustworthy relationships and fostering regular communication with chapter members.
- Collaborating with other Chapter Leads and Technical Product Leads to ensure alignment.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.
- Technical duties:Establishing standards and advocating contemporary data engineering methodologies.
- Ensuring compliance with the latest industry benchmarks.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms
.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving requirements.
- Commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
- Experience in recruiting Data Engineers and Data Analysts.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.- Experience in the financial sector (lending, banking) is advantageous.Technical Expertise & Experience:
- Solid grounding in Data Engineering fundamentals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the business intelligence landscape.
- Proficient understanding of software development best practices, encompassing design principles, patterns, security, and performance.
- Extensive experience in data modeling.
- Proficiency in working with a variety of cloud-based big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Python, Kafka) and Data - Warehousing within MS SQL.
- Understanding of the design, development, and deployment of Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
- Familiarity with data engineering languages (e.g., TSQL, PL/SQL, Python).
- Experience with data pipelines and CI/CD
