Senior Accounting Specialist

• Post or review journal entries (e.g. travel expenses, cash, payroll) in cooperation with shared service center

• Advise on the correctness of invoices from tax and accounting point of view

• Coordinate Fixed Asset Management (put in use, allocation, depreciation)• Provide daily operational support to business

• Analyze and review general ledger and propose improvements and corrections• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closings

• Prepare monthly Value added tax declarations, summary statement and check report

• Support preparation or prepare Income tax return

• Prepare and submit reports to Statistical Office and National Bank of Slovakia

• Report Intrastat

• Prepare local financial statements

• Coordinate / Prepare documents for external audit and communicate with auditor

• Maintain defined Internal Controls

• Participate in forecast and budget process

• Cooperate with Group functions

• Respond to the management inquiries regarding various financial positions

• Other tasks as requested by management.
