Projektový Inžinier

Responsible for start up of new project for current production plant from the point that the project is officialy nominated by customer till the SOP (start of the production)
Defines process steps – what kind of machines and equipments are needed for the production
Responsible for purchase of equipment, machinery and tools in cooperation with purchase
Responsible for new project during start up as teamleader, manage the conf calls and inform management about the progress, status of the project
Creates working instructions and necessary documents needed for the production
Train production workers for new machines and equipments
Covers production of PPAP parts
Defines, adjusts and optimize process parameters of the equipments
Maintaines the documents for the production
Modify and adapt processes to decrease number of scraps, NOK parts
Improve installed processes to reach better quality / quantity to save costs
Support for service department for looking and eliminating failures and defects of machines and equipments
Development and care for statistical process control (SPC), FMEA during the project phase
Systematical detection and prevention of failures in the production, continuously implementation of improvement processes in the production
