Project manager with legal Background

We're looking for a full time highly dependable Project Manager with legal background who likes to work hard. The candidate shall be with very high integrity to work with long term, exercise sound judgment and discretion, maintain confidentiality, independently assess and resolve complex situations/problems, and have the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities.

Most of the time the schedule is flexible you can work anytime and anywhere. You will be invited to come to trainings and team buildings we organize and most of the live events we host across Europe.

Responsibilities for overall Project Management agenda:
• Managing legal and financial matters related to all running projects and the network
• Managing the implementation of multiple parallel international projects
• Complex planning of new projects and activities
• Improving the current system, processes and designing new ones to streamline day-to-day operations
• Managing and overseeing confidential documents in highly organized manner
• Communication with partners and stakeholders
• Tendering and negotiating
• Research in various areas especially legal and financial
• Strengthening and building new relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Looking for new expansion possibilities

Requirements:
• 5 year of experience in legal background
• Sound work ethic and highly dependable
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Experience of full life-cycle of a complex project is an advantage
• Logical and analytical mindset and approach
• Laser eyes for spotting inconsistencies
• Task and deadline oriented
• Able to process a lot of complex new information
• Highly organized
• People friendly
• Proficient in English, Slovak and Hungarian
• Any other European language is an advantage especially German and Czech
• Willing to travel within EU
