Campaign Management Specialist/ maternity leave cover

Are you interested in personalized communication and new trends in this area? Are you analytical thinker with a strong focus on business? We are looking for just such a person to join our Campaign Management team!

We are commercially and technically responsible for direct marketing campaigns for three brands: O2, Radosť and Tesco mobile. You will be able to capture various xsel, upsell or retention campaigns from the origin of the idea to the evaluation, so you will get a broad view of the processes across the company.

In our team you will :

• Independently prepare target groups based on data from various data sources in order to maximize response rate, value and loyalty
• Execute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, including online channels
• Analyze the existing customer base and its behavior in order to prepare target groups
• Evaluate direct marketing campaigns on a regular basis, including in terms of financial impact
• Prepare regular, ad hoc reports and analyzes for the company's management

• min. 1 year of experience in the field of implementation or analysis of direct marketing campaigns in the sector of telco, finance, retail, advertising agency
• SQL language control at the user level
• experience with using one of the campaign management tools - Unica Campaign, SAS Campaign management, Bloomreach Engagement
• English language min. B2 level
• desire to learn
• critical thinking and independence
• high work commitment

• Basic monthly salary at least: 2300 € / gross
• In addition to the basic salary, you can also receive bonuses of 20% twice a year.
