External Campaigns Analyst

Our analytical team, part of the Customer Value Management department, is looking for a new colleague to join the team. Therefore, if analytical blood is flowing in your body, you want to work on developing your skills and abilities and you are open to learn all the news from the world of analysis and data, do not hesitate and come to us!

In our team you will:

• Independently prepare and evaluate analyzes and present their outputs
• Create target groups for campaigns for external partners, then implement and evaluate them
• Prepare and update prediction, propensity and grouping models using statistical-analytical methods
• Acquire and process input data from various sources and implement their further analytical use in cooperation with the sales team
• Create procedures, search for and implement in cooperation with IT new technical solutions for more efficient use of data sources
• Educate and develop your skills, especially through self-study

What do we expect from you?:

• Start date: 1.7.2022 / by agreement
• University with a focus on mathematics, statistics, marketing analysis
• Experience in a similar analytical position for at least 3 years
• Experience with data analysis, transformation and visualization
• Analytical, logical and technical thinking
• MS SQL or Oracle - advanced
• Control of statistical modeling tools (SPSS, R, Spark)
• Knowledge of one of these scripting languages - Java, Scala, Python
• Working with Big Data environment (eg Hadoop, MapReduce) - an advantage, but not a condition
• MS Office - advanced, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• English language - active

What do we offer to you? :

• Basic monthly salary at least: 2300 € / gross
• In addition to the basic salary, you can also receive bonuses of 20% twice a year.
