Job description, responsibilities and duties

Daily responsibilities:

Developing strategies & brand plans
For related brand portfolio, will analyze the market and channels, where identify competitors key business drivers
Drive category plans for existing and new Healthcare Professional (HCP) audiences
Develop relevant, unique and differentiated communication strategies and messaging to HCPs
Manage the brand on a daily basis from strategic planning to tactical activities: develop, implement and monitor various communication and activation components in collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments
Manage and timely brief brand communication creative, PR and other external agencies
Create promotional materials - develop and produce promotional and advertising tools in order to maximize the support for field force
Follow and analyze brands performance (data, competitive intelligence), assess their changes (sales forecasts with key assumptions) and propose recommendations, implement
Brand/Marketing Plan as needed
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
Lead pre-launch and launch campaigns and evaluate outcomes
Responsible for a specific part of the A&P budget and track the marketing budget on a regular basis and measure the impact on the brand’s profit and loss (optimization, revision a proposal for marketing mix)
Analyze the price vs. price competition in the market, propose solutions to improve growth and profit
Demonstrate technical and marketing skills and act as an expert in quality and product knowledge for assigned Brands/Products
Communicate and interactively cooperate with all company employees
Builds trust, respects others, communicate effectively, manage performance, promote innovation, customer-focused activities and consumers, working with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Acts as a brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.
Show initiate innovative thinking and action, development of new products / concepts (including market analysis, price positioning)
Comply with internal processes and policies, /including HCS policy/, regulations and procedures
Work within Ethics and Compliance policies and according to applicable laws and regulations, and ensure those around him/her do the same
Actively look for new market opportunities within the assigned consumer category, sales channels

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

Education: University degree
Experience: 1-2 years of operational marketing experience with a focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience, the original company background, and launch preparation experiences are an advantage
Languages: English is mandatory (fluent written and spoken)
Able to manage multiple projects and task at the same time in both countries
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
High creativity, open, communicative, enthusiastic person
Team player, Determined, target & result-oriented, able to work independently
Highly developed analytical mind (Ability and interest in data analysis)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
