Ecolab - Human Resources Country Manager CZ & SK

Our client is looking for high potential HR professional interested to develop his/her career in the challenging B2B environment.

The HR Country Manager Czech Republic / Slovakia collaborates with local and regional management and ensures the implementation of Global/Europe/CEE HR solutions, policies and procedures as well as service delivery excellence. S/he promotes the Ecolab culture, coaches the local management teams to drive change initiatives efficiently, and helps to build the strong employee capabilities, an efficient cross-divisional/cross-functional talent bench and succession plan. S/he ensures effective local employee communications, liaises with labor representatives and ensures compliance with local legislation.

We are looking for a candidate with multiyear experience in a similar role in multinational environment.

• University degree in a relevant area of study (HR/Law/Org psychology)
• Native Czech and strong level of English language
• Leadership
• High analytical & logical skills – able to deal with complex information in a structured way
• High problem solving ability - deals with problems in a structured, effective and pragmatic manner
• Hands-on, well organized and result oriented working behavior
