As a Key Account Manager in our Rare Disease Unit, you will be empowered to lead, develop, and implement the strategy for your accounts by having the responsibility for securing sales, marketing, patient access and remodelling care pathways to support system efficiency and improved outcomes for patients living with rare diseases.
In this role, you will report to the Rare Disease Business Unit Director. The geographical scope of the role is all Slovakia. You can be located anywhere, with a preference of the middle part of the country.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Realizing national product sales revenue, market share and analysing the strengths/vulnerability of existing relationships
• Developing customer relationship management strategy and programs, having customer’s loyalty and understanding
• Assessing key customers profitability life cycle and taking actions to maximise the customer’s lifetime value to the firm
• Executing projects of the business unit, as well as full filling the marketing communication objectives (product positioning, awareness, etc.).

Qualifications
You are an experienced professional, who should have at least 3 years of proven experience in field position (KAM position experience, product specialist, sales representative with demonstrably excellent execution in the field & strong commitment toward company). You hold a Medical Doctor degree or University degree preferably related to natural science or health care. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken Slovakian and English as well as:
• Be an independent, energetic person, ambitious, reliable, and accountable, with an excellent understanding of local pharmaceutical market
• Willing to travel, being an active driver (this position is 80 percent field), highly flexible.
• You have a strong ability of selling and negotiation skills with an open-minded and a creative personality. Always eager to learn new things and new ways to sell
• Ability of planning and organization with a result-oriented approach
•You like challenges, have a can-do mindset, not afraid to do things differently.
