The Position

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will enjoy variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug.
We are looking for an individual with ideally previous sales experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running.
In this role, you will report to Sales Director Diabetes, Slovakia.

Your main accountabilities will be

• Achieving sales targets
• Support the development of networks of relevant customers and stakeholders
• Active mapping of current and future customers and accounts
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a district level business plan to achieve regional objectives in these regions: Banská Štiavnica, Galanta, Komárno, Krupina, Levice, Lučenec, Nové Zámky, Prievidza, Žarnovica, Žiar and Hronom, Velký Krtíš (weekly visits)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:
• Speak Slovakian language - Expert (C2) level and English language – Intermediate (B1) level.
• Have an active driving license.
• Be a self-starter and be able to evaluate options and decide on your own with minimal supervision.
• Have solid understanding of diabetes disease state and Novo Nordisk’s products is preferred, (but not required) coupled with an aptitude for learning and ability to communicate scientific product information.
• Be highly organised and self-motivated personality, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong will to win and have a proven track record of building and maintaining access to a network of targeted customers in sales.
