Job description, responsibilities and duties

Actually, we are looking for an Assistant with project management experience for a German/English-speaking member of management.

As an Assistant you will be responsible for:
- independent controlling of processes of teams under the responsibility of the Chief Insurance Officer,
- autonomous steering of projects,
- coordination of communication among the company staff in European countries,
- assisting in the overall execution of various tasks, e.g. reports, and presentations,
- managing the agenda of the manager,
- participation in operational and strategic meetings, preparation of minutes of meetings,
- planning the arrangements for the manager,
- translation of documents.
