We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant with project management experience who is fluent in English to support a member of our management team.

As an Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Independent process control: You will oversee and manage the processes of teams under the Chief IT Officer's responsibility, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in their operations.
- Project management: You will take the lead in driving various projects, working autonomously to ensure their successful execution and timely delivery.
- Communication coordination: You will play a vital role in coordinating communication among our staff across European countries, facilitating effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Support in task execution: You will assist in various tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
- Managerial support: Managing the agenda of the manager, you will organize their schedule and handle administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
- Meeting participation and documentation: You will actively participate in operational and strategic meetings, preparing minutes and summaries to capture important discussions and decisions.
- Arrangement planning: You will be responsible for planning and organizing arrangements for the manager, ensuring seamless logistics.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
