Product specialist - Junior

Collaboration on the whole process of development, implementation and modifications of life insurance products for all markets in which NOVIS operates.

We offer the opportunity for significant professional growth through day-to-day development of products for all of our markets in collaboration with company management and local law and consulting firms that are leaders in their fields.
We require a proactive approach to task solving, self-education, having an overview of issues involved and the ability to cope with new challenges with minimal support.

Your main tasks will be:
• to collaborate on modification of existing products and to develop new products,
• to prepare product documentation and information documents
• to create, implement and propose modifications to related internal procedures and processes
• to develop and update product methodology and related regulations
• to ensure ongoing analysis of the composition, performance and risk level of internal funds and to propose related measures needed
