Responsibility for the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes:
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs and quality.
• Control of production control plans (PCPs).
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
• Managing maintenance program.
• Track and analyze production costs and propose cost reduction measures.
• Managing human and material resources to meet production goals.
• Continuous improvement of internal quality metrics and implementation of reliable action plans.
• Achieving safety metrics and identifying potential risks in accordance with process compliance.
• Ensuring effective cooperation and coordination between relevant departments, including procurement, distribution and management.
• Motivation of all team members.
• Identifying training needs.
• Developing management groups and production operators, training and training plans for employees, including production instructions.
