Job description, responsibilities and duties
Customer Service Specialist assures the availability of the products by coordinating the product supply with market demand. Closely cooperate with marketing department, continuously manage sales orders from wholesalers and coordinate communication with external warehouse and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quick and accurate processing of sales orders from wholesalers/pharmacies and ensure all vital requirements to realize the order in the external warehouse
Develop and maintain close relationships with all key wholesalers
Contact person for external warehouse provider and customers in terms of all key processes, participate on solving all potential issues that might appear
Ensure sufficient stock on shelves of key wholesalers (especially for the product launch period)
Emergency channel management
Price compensation process, preparation of credit notes based on Customer documentation and in line with agreed rules
Support CSM by distribution programs to support sales (in partnership with marketing department)
Support Customer Demand Management (CDM) process
Handling complaints of customer
Check of potential delays in payments
Prepare analysis based on requirements from CSM or business
Performing NFCM controls on time, with accurate supporting documentation
Participation in individual projects related to the CS department and Supply chain
Essential Requirements:
Proficient in Slovak and English language
Sophisticated knowledge of working with PC, MS Office - Word, Excel, knowledge SAP system would be an advantage
Experience in Customer service or Finance department would be advantage
Customer Focus and Services: focus on establishing last relationships with internal and external customers
Eye For Business: analytical skills, capable to analyze situations and support business decisions
