Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a highly efficient person in finance based in Zavar. The person must have experience as a Quality Manager the best in automotive and high sense of urgency.

Main missions 1 - Facilitate the implementation of Smart and associated aims - Implement the Smart site section (instructions and appendices) in line with the Group's Smart project - Facilitate the implementation of Smart, for which he/she is responsible in his/her unit - Suggest Smart developments connected to the activity of his/her unit - Assist the Unit Manager in measuring the efficiency and performance of processes to meet objectives
2 - Represent the customer within his/her production unit - Ensure the respect of customer requirements and quality targets - Manage the performance of suppliers for his/her unit and commit to improvement plans in line with purchasing - Decide exceptions in relation to customer quality demands - Coordinate system, product and production process audits in his/her unit - Coordinate the processing of in-production incidents and the monitoring of associated action plans - Coordinate the analysis and processing of warranty returns - Participate in measuring customer satisfaction - Have the authority to block shipments and/or stop production in the case of a confirmed risk for the customer
3 - Manage job family activities within his/her production unit
  • Organise the taking into account of experience capitalisation files - Ensure proper use of Quality tools and methods - Coordinate quality-related audits in his/her unit and ensure the implementation and efficiency of associated action plans - Coordinate quality-related communication in his/her unit - Report to the Quality Director and the Unit Manager hierarchically - Participate in the development of new projects while ensuring the completion of plant quality actions - Make all operational decisions in his/her field and according to his/her scope of responsibilities - Permanently manage employees and coordinate their missions
4 - Manage his/her team according to the applicable organisation

  • Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner - Respect the allocated annual operating budget - Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them

  • Conduct annual appraisal interviews and set the objectives for his/her team - Develop employees' skills within his/her activity and recommend the individual and/or collective training actions required to maintain the performance levels of activities - Be sure to maintain team motivation and a positive working environment - Check and approve team members' expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorisations for absence/holidays - Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to group procedures - Provide reports of his/her activity
5 - Ensure compliance in relation to regulatory and customer requirements in risk management and the drawing up of associated assessments and reports

  • Undertake and coordinate the gathering of required data and the handover of information to the QSE Department, concerning site changes in terms of various products, processes and facilities - Draft and propose compliance files, reports and assessments on health/safety/environmental protection and environmental analysis and/or safety at the site - Undertake and manage, as a technical expert, the monitoring of developments, regional or local, in Environmental Safety risk management regulations - Identify needs in terms of the verification and measures required for risk management - Carry out investigations on site and assist other managers in gathering objective information on workplace accidents or environmental incidents, analyse the causes and draft the associated preventative action plan.
'6 - Carry out the operational monitoring of processes and instructions in risk management - Formulate a well-founded response to requests from affected parties (safety committees, unions, neighbouring companies, associations, the authorities, etc.) and relay it to the QHSE Department for validation '- Lead committees and QHSE Department reviews of the site, participate in internal and third-party audits in the HSE field, risk prevention visits from the damage insurance company, and meetings and workshop visits from the legal committee for safety and working conditions as a member responsible for Safety. '- Gather requests and comments from members, inform the QSE Department and prepare the reports and draft agendas for the legal safety committee put forward by the secretary before signing by the chairman '- Complete the annual risk prevention budget for the site to be put forward to management '- Verify and coordinate, as manager, the monitoring of response organisation: regular response and/or evacuation drills and complete reports on the drills '- Verify the working order of work safety, property protection, and waste and harmful substance processing facilities '- Gather safety data sheets communicated by purchasing and/or departments, validate new chemical products and draft product safety sheets for workstations '- Hold regular training sessions on work safety and environmental protection and specific working groups on prevention topics, in coordination with the personnel department ' - Decide, after informing the Plant Director or his/her representative present, to stop a process or project in progress in the event of a serious and imminent risk, the serious breach of prevention measures and/or the malfunctioning of installations to ensure the protection of people, the environment and work tools '- Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data - Monitor the schedule for the drafting of the surveillance plan and the processing of associated non-conformities.

Specific missions Participate in CHSCT (occupational health and safety committee) meetings, draft and coordinate the decided action plans and verify their application.
Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress Ensure that processes, work instruction sheets and related appendices are correctly understood and properly implemented. Decide to cease any processes that are identified as being dangerous and detrimental to the safety of persons or to property, and in the event of current or imminent serious incidents or environmental disasters. Ensure equipment compliance (production resources/buildings), in order to ensure the safety of property and people. Guarantee the application and management of areas defined by QSE Policy and the environmental commitment of the site.
