Warranty the manufacturing engineering of project from Technical Center - Prepare the schedule of load of his
activity (Tooling and means) : skills, people, and means

• Insure that his team defined the technical solutions in order to reach the customer and Technical Center expectations,

based on respect of budget

• Warranty the following of Manufacturing Engineering projects based on Smart rules and tools, manufacturing

engineering standard and Lean standards.

• Take in account the customer logistics data and internal standard.
• Checked and validated the choice of technical / economical processes and means based on respect of standard.
• Organize the return of experience with lesson learn documentation and organize the feed back to the team in charge

of standard.

• Animate the tooling/means cost reduction without decrease the performance, and defined the way of target.
• Animate the sourcing tooling committee and validate the change of supplier panel.
• Propose new suppliers for means in order to upgrade the supplier panel.
• Defined the way in order to reach the target of tooling with good parts.

Optimize the profit of projects during manufacturing engineering phase, and control the cost

• Decide of the better compromise of rentability :
• manage the better skill, optimze the expenses in hours [Energy]
• Reach the better profit in cost and time [Result]
• Obtain the better commitment of people of the team [Adhesion]

Manage his team and activity :

• Is responsible for management methods for a team (hire, appraisal interview, skill improvement, development of

career, sanction, recognition, motivation, reporting, communication,....)

• Based on target of its business, prepare the action plan and coordinate the missions of his team.
• Propose the annual budget of its activity, and manage the respect.
• Follow the indicators of performance of its activity, implement correctives actions if necessary.

Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and continuous improvement of its business: - Propose
from the RFQ phase some new tested and validated techniques.

• propose from the RFQ phase some improvement solutions continues from experience feedback from previous projects

or actions Benchmark.

• Contributes to the development of industry standards.
