Gaming Community Manager for Germany

Gaming company Notre Game needs you! We are the team you will have fun with. We love our unique game Scratch Wars, a collectible card game for young people (8-15 years) connected to a mobile app. We are very successful in Czech Republic and Slovakia and are about to expand to German speaking countries… and then globally!

What will you do:

• Create strategy of building community of Scratch Wars players in German-speaking countries
• Make sure that players keep playing Scratch Wars on a long-term basis
• Hire and manage a huge team of people (kids 13+ and adults) who will support Scratch Wars by organizing events (gaming duels, tournaments)
• Manage our community reward system

We will appreciate if you:

• Are a native German speaker or have near-native level of German language (to communicate with German-speaking community)
• Can speak English or Czech (to communicate with our team)
• Ideally have experience with hiring and managing people
• Have good organizational skills
• Are a positive person with can-do-attitude
• Have positive relationship with gaming
