Head of IT | Global Workplace Domain

We're looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join a rapidly growing international group undergoing major IT transformation across Europe. This is a strategic and operational leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on standardization, scalability, and modernization of end-user and workplace technologies.

What you’ll lead:

• Global Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) standardization
• Endpoint security and device management across Windows & macOS (via Intune, Autopilot, Defender)
• Consolidation of on-prem and hybrid infrastructure into scalable global environments
• Projects around domain unification, license optimization, and identity/access governance
• Building and mentoring regional IT teams, defining KPIs, and leading critical service improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure / end-user environment
• Strong track record in M365, Intune, Azure AD, Citrix, Hyper-V or similar tech stack
• Solid experience in team leadership, global project execution, and service delivery
• English fluency required
