Quality Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Team Leader with expert knowledge of IATF 16949 standards to guide our quality assurance team. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring that all automotive components and systems adhere to stringent industry-specific quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a dedicated team of quality assurance professionals, ensuring adherence to IATF 16949 standards.
Conduct detailed analyses of quality control data to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and spearhead process improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the initial design to final production stages.
Manage and resolve quality-related issues by implementing effective corrective actions and preventative measures.
Regularly report on quality metrics, audits, and system performance to upper management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality leadership role within the automotive industry.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with IATF 16949 quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving quality metrics.
Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team.
