As a Technical Support Engineer you will be providing support to our Sales Engineers and clients regarding any technical matter related to your assigned product. You will become a technical expert in your product line and an internal trainer for your colleagues. You will be assisting Sales Engineers and Clients with new product launches by providing training, creating materials, sharing knowledge and training clients and sales colleagues on-site.

Position Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a technical expert in one of our product lines. You will be supporting our Sales Engineers and clients regarding your assigned product line. You will also be an internal technical trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and on-site trainings.

What will be your responsibilities?
Supporting Sales Engineers regarding product specifications, product capabilities or troubleshooting. The support will be done via email, phone, face-to-face or video.
Performing technical training for colleagues and clients
Creating Support material for Sales Engineers and Clients such as Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, SOPs or Info sheets
What do we require?


Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field (or equivalent)
Knowledge of any of the following languages at native level is required: Dutch, German, French, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovenian.
Knowledge of any of the following languages at native level is strongly preferred: German, Czech
Knowledge of English at Business Proficiency level
Driving license is required
Experience in programming or scripting (Python, C++, Matlab, LABview, PLC, or others) is an advantage
Good problem solving and communication skills

What do we offer?
Salary and package:
43 000 – 46 000EUR/year (3100 – 3300 EUR monthly)
Company Sales bonus ( 2500 EUR/year – paid quarterly)
Performance bonus (3.5% of yearly salary every 6 months)
Overtime paid: 150% of OT worked
Relocation to Belgium will be supported
